Tips from a Therapist for Anxiety 

In this 60 minute online workshop (Thursdays at noon EST) you will learn tips and coping skills from several different modalities to manage anxiety. We will learn and practice techniques to lower anxiety using strategies from mindfulness, CBT and somatic therapies. This is not a therapy group, but more of an informational meeting. You may participate in whatever way feels most comfortable (camera on or off), and there will be time to ask questions at the end of the session.
